Is people who try so hard to be alternative as possible.
I honestly hope they feel special when they wear their glasses with no real lenses, their charity shop bought over sized shirts, and of course belittle anybody who shows any closeness to the real world, because you look and sound like the biggest cunt alive.
Please note this is reality, we live in a real world where people have jobs, houses, partners, friends, hobbies, and nobody has time to actually consider whether the type of music they like is ‘alternative enough’ or whether certain phrases are cool, BECAUSE WE HAVE A LIFE TO LIVE!
I don’t know whether it’s the university culture that keeps some people in this frame of mind, by all means it’s not every student, but the day you step into full time work, (And no being a musician or an artist or a retro shop owner doesn’t count) you will realise you have spent the last 5 years trying SO incredibly hard, and that no one gives the slightest shit.
